Our terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Trust SEO ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Trust SEO is a platform that provides verified Google Search Console (GSC) data visualization and SEO leaderboard services. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Trust SEO provides:

  • Verified Google Search Console data visualization
  • SEO leaderboard rankings based on verified GSC metrics
  • League-based categorization (Rising, Growth, Authority)
  • Proprietary SEO metrics including TrustSEO Score, Momentum, Efficiency, and Footprint
  • Real-time data updates from connected GSC accounts

The Service aggregates and displays publicly available SEO performance data from websites that have connected their Google Search Console accounts.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Connect your Google Search Console account via OAuth 2.0
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Google Search Console Integration

By connecting your Google Search Console account:

  • You grant Trust SEO permission to access your GSC data
  • You authorize us to retrieve and display your verified SEO metrics
  • You understand that your site's performance data will be displayed on public leaderboards
  • You can disconnect your GSC account at any time from your settings

We use OAuth 2.0 authentication and only access data you explicitly authorize. We do not store your Google account password.

5. Data Usage and Leaderboard

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • Your site's verified GSC metrics will be displayed on public leaderboards
  • Data is aggregated and displayed in accordance with our privacy policy
  • We calculate proprietary metrics (TrustSEO Score, Momentum, Efficiency, Footprint) based on your GSC data
  • Leaderboard rankings are determined by verified metrics and our proprietary algorithms

You retain ownership of your data. We only display aggregated metrics and do not expose sensitive site details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate or game the leaderboard rankings
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Access the Service through automated means without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Trust SEO and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our proprietary metrics (TrustSEO Score, Momentum, Efficiency, Footprint) and algorithms are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service without express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • Accuracy or completeness of displayed data
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • That rankings or metrics will improve your SEO performance

Data displayed is sourced from Google Search Console and is subject to Google's data availability and accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trust SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Google Search Console account and deleting your account. Upon termination, your data will be removed from public leaderboards, but historical data may be retained in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
